VIRTUAL CARE VET
Virtual Care Vet is a nonprofit service dedicated to keeping pets out of shelters by supporting owners during their most difficult times. We offer free virtual veterinary consultations to pet owners impacted by natural disasters and to rescue organizations working tirelessly to save lives.
When Compassion Meets Purpose
We understand how overwhelming it can be when a crisis strikes. That’s why Virtual Care Vet is here to provide supportive telehealth services to those in need—at no cost.

Whether you’re a disaster survivor or part of a rescue team, our goal is to ease your burden and support your pet’s well-being through convenient, professional care.

To assist those impacted by the January 2025 Los Angeles Wildfires and California pet rescue organizations, we're providing free veterinary telehealth consultations for pet owners in need.

A Mission-Driven Program
Thanks to the support of our Veterinary Student Fundraising Associates, who volunteer and raise funds as part of their public service training, VCV can offer these services free of charge. Support for this program helps keep pets with their families and ensures compassionate care during times of stress. This unique program prepares vet students for working for our nonprofit in the future.
